Bright Lights in the Winter City

The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting longer, the rain is pouring down and worst of all it is getting colder. I don't like it! Normally I don't really mind winter but this year it just seems unbearable, and it has barely started! I am already over the chilly weather, seeing your breath and frozen fingers. I just love these neon accessories and pieces. These are some of my favorite pieces that I wish I could have and that would surely make me warmer!
